A Celeste Project initiative
EyeRise Quest — Learn. Build. Rise.

EyeRise Quest — Learn the skill. Build the proof. See the path.

The flagship initiative of The Celeste Project — a youth-to-workforce AI builder pathway beginning with promising 7th–9th grade students and designed to support learners through graduation with skills, project proof, mentorship, and pathway visibility. The first 4-week pilot is the entry point into the larger journey.

The Three Pillars

Learn. Build. Rise.

Every EyeRise Quest experience moves a student through three simple, repeatable stages.

AI Builder Foundations

Students learn how modern builders think, prompt, organize information, test ideas, and use AI responsibly.

Project Proof

Students complete small builder missions that create visible proof of what they are learning.

Future Pathways

Designed to connect students to mentorship, showcases, certifications, internships, apprenticeships, college pathways, entrepreneurship, and future careers in AI, data, cybersecurity, automation, and digital business.

Pilot Model

Starting small. Building with purpose.

The first EyeRise Quest pilot is a 4-week entry experience for 7th–9th grade students — the entry point into a longer youth-to-workforce AI builder pathway designed to support students through graduation. Students complete beginner-friendly AI and technology builder missions, create a working mini tool, generate project proof, and begin seeing how their skills connect to future opportunities.

The first stage of a longer journey

This pilot is designed to test the first stage of a longer student journey that can continue through graduation — across discovery, skill development, portfolio demonstration, and future launch into internships, apprenticeships, certifications, college pathways, and careers.

The first pilot is being designed for the Triangle area of North Carolina, with proximity to universities, RTP-area technology companies, community organizations, and potential future sponsors. EyeRise Quest is designed to remain lightweight and flexible, so students can eventually access the platform through a browser on a phone, tablet, Chromebook, or laptop.

The Vision

Youth-to-Workforce Pathway

EyeRise Quest is designed as a multi-stage pathway that begins with early exposure and grows toward project proof, mentorship, and future opportunity. The first pilot introduces students to the builder mindset. The long-term vision is to support students through graduation.

01

Discover

Grades 7–9

Students build confidence, explore AI and technology, complete beginner-friendly builder missions, and create their first project proof.

02

Develop

Grades 9–10

Students deepen skills through AI Builder Foundations, Python-style tools, creative AI, responsible technology, and guided project practice.

03

Demonstrate

Grades 10–11

Students build stronger portfolio projects, participate in showcases, receive mentor feedback, and connect their work to real-world use cases.

04

Launch

Grades 11–12

Students prepare for internships, certifications, apprenticeships, college pathways, employer exposure, entrepreneurship, and future careers.

The pathway is designed to support promising students from early exposure through graduation. Stages will roll out responsibly as the organization grows.
